SORE THROAT!!! After 22 days I experience this kind of detox
symptom? I would have expected it at the beginning, in the first 4 days but not
now. Initially I had massive headaches on days 1-2, a bit of sniffles but no
feverish feeling that would have kept me in bed.
Now, the left side of my throat hurts especially when I
swallow and it feels like theres some phlegm stuck in my throat the whole time.
What is that?? I tried to cough that out but nothing.
Im not feeling sick though.
In other news, I started spotting yesterday, 2 days earlier than expected. Feeling some cramps today, but not as much before cleanse.
Also, PMS, didnt feel it like I used to.. There were days that I felt tired, but that could have been bec of workout the previous day, or bec of the cleanse (no solids).
