So Im officially exceeding my record of 14 days on the
cleanse 😊
and Im doing it while still being active. Keeping with my workouts as usual.
My recovery is getting better with higher HRV and RHR rates.
Im noticing that I recover easier.
I felt my first hunger pang on day 12, as I was driving
towards home, but after sipping on the lemonade mixed it went away.
I was also very active the past 2 days. Took pilates and
spin back to back and went for a massage. The next day, I cleaned the house and
did the laundry, then went out for shopping in the afternoon til evening. That
was a lot of walking. I was tired, but I was ok. No hunger. Just felt a bit of
craving when I smelled my BFs French fries, but I just sipped on my lemonade.
Was tired and fell asleep on the couch
:D
In the afternoon though.. ugh my mood was so low and i felt tired. Felt hungry too. I thought I was ready to drive to mcdonalds for french fries on the way home. I skipped pilates, went home a cooked for my BF.. ugh that smelled so good.. But I was craving so much..
Oh well, 19 days to go. That’s not far. I hope I can make it.
